Gene expression data from completed HDBR projects, either from our In-House Gene Expression service, or data submitted to us by HDBR users is archived to the Image Data Resource to be made available to the wider scientific community.

The HDBR collection in the IDR comprises 4 datasets for 188 genes, from Carnegie Stage 11 to 22PCW.
