Regions have been defined as follows: mesonephros, cyan; mesonephric duct, yellow; gonad, orange; metanephros, red; metanephric duct/ureter light blue; urogenital sinus (CS14 and CS16) and bladder (CS18 and CS20), green; urethra, purple.
